If the patient is no longer showing on the Tracking Shell, but is still listed in the Cerner census in Patient List, then staff should perform a NURSING CONVERSATION in the PM Conversation button. The Bed Transfer option WILL NOT WORK. 

 

They will need to move the patient to a room on another unit (I usually move to PP room 360) and then back again to the correct unit and their assigned room. 

 

This can happen during transfer from SC ED to Women's Health locations, as well as when encounters are merged during the active admission. It can also happen when the patient is registered.
